Founder & Managing Principal
Dan brings over 17 years of experience in real estate investment and operations, having played a pivotal role in managing and growing portfolios exceeding $500 million in value. As COO of 4G Ventures, he oversaw acquisitions, development projects, and asset management, driving seamless execution and long-term value creation.
With a proven track record of successful ventures, Dan's focus is on delivering strong results and fostering lasting relationships with investors and stakeholders. He founded Broadstone Capital with a clear mission: to provide passive investors with institutional-quality access to multifamily real estate through disciplined underwriting, transparent communication, and structural alignment.
The firm invests in DFW and other Texas markets, targeting Class B multifamily assets with strong fundamentals and value-add potential.Dan personally invests in every deal alongside his partners, ensuring that his incentives are always aligned with those of Broadstone Capital's investor community.
